2018 has been another fantastic pick and mix year full of joys, successes and some mis-steps!
The business has continued to grow and evolve and every day continues to push, stretch and inspire me in different ways. It’s what I truly love about life at Pai, there is never dullness.
Particular highlights have been my trips to North America and France – chatting to customers, who always teach me something new! As well as visiting our many lovely retailers who are spreading the Pai love far and wide.
My two take-outs from this year are to never stop dreaming big – that’s where real progress and change happens. And also to realise the power of creation.
We are so lucky to formulate and manufacture our own products, with our own team of chemists. While working on one product we magically stumbled upon another completely different one. When you keep an open mind, magic can happen. We fell upon an unexpected hero and I can’t wait to unveil it in the Spring.
