Why were we out of stock?
At Pai, we always opt for quality over quantity. So, when our supplier for Copaiba was out of stock, we decided to wait for them to restock rather than find a new supplier whose ingredients may not meet our exacting standards.
Will this happen again?
The short answer is ‘no’. We work very hard to ensure our products are always available, we know this is important – especially when shopping for sensitive skin.
However, as we’re working with natural ingredients and only select suppliers who match our ethics, sometimes we may need to go out of stock for a short period.
Rest assured, we’ll do our best to minimise this and, when it does occur, it will only be because we want to bring you highest quality products possible.
