How To Recreate a Pai Facial at Home

While face-to-face treatments might be on hold for the foreseeable future, that doesn’t mean skin should forego having a luxurious facial.

Pai’s in-house facialist Kate shares how to do a spa-worthy, sensitive skin-friendly treatment at home.

First, Double Cleanse

Every great facial starts with a really thorough cleanse. First remove makeup and SPF using our Light Work Rosehip Cleansing Oil. Follow with our hydrating, calming Camellia & Rose Cream Cleanser.

For oily or blemish-prone skin, try a soft facial brush on the second cleanse, using upward circular motions to gently draw out congestion.

Exfoliate - Step 2 of Pai at home facial

Exfoliate

Next, apply our Kukui & Jojoba Bead Skin Brightening Exfoliator, letting the Kukui Oil melt into the skin as you massage in upward circular motions. Dampen hands and continue to massage skin, turning the exfoliator into a milk.

For oily skin, you might like to try our Copaiba Deep Cleanse AHA Mask instead. The ultra-gentle fruit acids dissolve the ‘glue’ between dead skin cells for a deep clean.

Face Mask Time

Now your skin is spotlessly clean and smooth, treat it to an intensive dose of nutrients with one of our masks.

One for radiance – the Rosehip BioRegenerate Rapid Radiance Mask. One for decongestion – our Copaiba Deep Cleanse AHA Mask

Grab a couple of cucumber slices for your eyes to help de-puff, put on some relaxing music and unwind for 10 minutes while you let the mask work its magic. When the time’s up, remove with a clean muslin cloth.

Hydrate

First spritz the face and neck with a few pumps of our beautiful BioAffinity tonics. Apply our Echium & Argan Gentle Eye Cream with one finger onto the orbital bone that runs around your eye. With the lightest pressure, use slow circular motions around the eye area to help boost blood flow and reduce puffiness.

Nourish

Just before you pour yourself a well-deserved glass of something, finish off with a facial massage. Spend a few extra minutes working either of our facial oils into the face, neck and décolletage.

Not only will this feed the skin with nutrients, but regular facial massage also helps to firm the skin and boost circulation too..
